I'm having a hard time understanding your position on what you want to do and why you want to do it. Is it truck a diesel? if it's a gas vehicle you will find the fuel pump relay on the right side of the firewall behind the fuse and relay cover, looked at your manual it will tell you which ones the fuel pump relay take a wire and jump it that will activate your fuel pump, now if it's a diesel that's a whole different story.
