2000 Chevy Blazer can't engage 4 wheel drive

Are you putting the truck in neutral before trying to engage? If so check your transfer case, front rear and the electrical componants for the buttons. See if any fluid is milky in the transfer case and front rear, also see if the axels are snapped cracked or if your front driveshaft has good U Joints in it
