1999 Chevy Truck front end

What would cause bouncingin the front left as well as hard pulling to the left at 40 miles an hour then pull hard right when braking. There was also smoke coming from around the front left tire when at a complete stop. Vehicle is a 1999 chevy k3500 4*4 dually

Hello,

The bouncing is most likely a bad shock. The pulling is most likely a stuck left caliper. That would explain the smoke from left wheel area and the pulling to the right when braking.
