1999 Chevy Truck engine shuts off

99 chevy 3500 with the 6.5 turbo you replaced the injector pump, pmi, fuel pump, filters, turbo, air filter, computer, starter, and some sensors. It shuts off like I turn the key off its not stalling it starts right back up it does it when its cold and hot sometimes it does it as soon as u start it up and then it might not do it for days or weeks please help its not the pmd.

That one ton has two tanks right? A forward tank and a rear tank right? The problem is the transfer valve from tank to tank, get underneath and check all the hoses make sure they are in good condition.
