1998 Chevy Truck Blower motor direction

The blower motor blows but will not change direction fully. I can feel a partial air flow to the front vents but most is pouring on the floor. I have changed the fan and had to change the wiring to the fan control switch due to an electrical shortage.

Hi
Problem with blend door actuator motor that controls air flow in various modes. Located on front of AC heater housing get at it from pass side.
