1998 Chevy Truck a/c not cooling when driving

I have a 1998 c3500 truck. When I ease around town the a/c blows very cold. But when I drive it at high speed it still blows cold air but not as cold as it should. The system is fully charged with no leaks.

are you sure it is fully charged 2 or 3 oz can make a big diff. at road speed
