1998 Chevy Cavalier's lights

i have a 1998 Chevy Cavalier and my head lights do not work and only one high beam work can any one help me fix this thanks

ok so you replaced the bulbs and still have the problem,?? there are several things headlight relay , multifunction swicth

All i can tell ya is to check and see if your bulbs are blown and/or see if your fuse is up to date
