Engine Performance problem
1997 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

this 97 pick ups 305 runs very good at low r p m's but bad at high??????? water in the oil.... not sure if its the head gasket or engine block, it also has water coming out of the exhaust. Any ideas?

mostlikely a head gasket, the block would've cause a bigger issue
