1997 Chevy Truck Shifting into 4wheel drive

When shifting into 4 wheel drive, my 4x4 light flashes and does not shift from 2 to 4 wheel drive

Have the actuator checked. It's the electrical motor on the transfer case that engages the 4wd. If it's not working, the light will flash and there won't be any 4wd.
