Get a hammer and hit the face of the drum near where the hub would be. Make sure not to hit the wheel studs or the drum weights. After one or two hits, rotate the drum and hit it again. Eventually you will see it 'bounce' off the hub and you can grab the back of the drum with your hands and work it off.
