ENGINE WILL RUN ON STARTING FLUID OR CARB CLEANER. HAVE GOOD FUEL PRESSURE 62PSI AND SPARK TOOK THROTTLE BODY OFF CLEANED BUT WILL NOT RUN SEEMS LIKE NOT GETTING FUEL TO THROTTLE BODY. WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR. IT IS A 1997 P-30 CHEVROLET STEP VAN.

idk about the vans but if its got the vortec engine the fuel pressure regulator is under the upper intake

TOOK THROTTLE BODY OFF CLEANED BUT WILL NOT RUN SEEMS LIKE NOT GETTING FUEL TO THROTTLE BODY.

CPI has the pressure regulator underneath the upper plenum. TBI its contain within the unit
