1996 Chevy Truck Turn Singals and hazards not working

I have a 1996 Chevrolet C2500 pickup with no working turn signals or hazard lights (no clicking either). I have replaced the flasher and the switch lever. The fuses in the vehicle are also OK. What else could I look at??
