1996 Chevy Truck brakes are being weird. please read.

Brakes problem
1996 Chevy Truck 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 32k miles

when im going down a hill, or im going above 50mph. my brake pedal fexuates and moves back and forth when im showing or pressing on it, and it almost feels like my car is jumping. what is wrong with it. and its a 1996 chevy 1500 4x4

sounds like warped rotors. Replace them or have them machined....
