1996 Chev. K1500 pickup (4x4)

I need to replace the driver's side door side-view mirror , and can't figure out how to remove inside door panel. I don't know anything about cars, but it seems this should be something I could do- HELP!!

They hid screws in the door pulls, etc. but the needs to be gently pryed with a screwdriver to pop out the fasteners. You will be able to see what is next to be removed in the process when you start at the bottom.
