1995 Chevy Truck spongy brake pedal

all brakes just done and master and booster replaced. all work done at midas. now he brake pedal is mushy. the brakes work well enough when depressed softly but when pressed hard they don't respond immediately.

You may have to give the brakes time to wear in,if they were done recently,they have to break in,try to avoid panic stops,you'll warp the rotors and get a pulsation when they are applied
