What would make my back tires shake when entering the freeway? I know my brakes in the back need to be replaced, but could that have anything to do with it? The 4-wheel drive also doesn't work.

Worn axle or differential carrier bearings -- a broken steel belt -- worn out shocks and/or leaf springs -- worn u-joints.
