1995 Chevy Truck Idle speed

1995 Chevy Truck Four Wheel Drive Manual 134000 miles

My 95 Chevy Pickup will not idle down even when the engine is warm. I have heard that there is a solinoid that controls this and needs replaced. Is that rue and where is this located on the carb?
