1995 Chevy Truck Idle speed

1995 Chevy Truck Four Wheel Drive Manual 134000 miles

My 95 Chevy Pickup will not idle down even when the engine is warm. I have heard that there is a solinoid that controls this and needs replaced. Is that rue and where is this located on the carb?

ISC idle speed conroler located on throttle bodt with some wires to it.
