1995 Chevy Truck fuel usage

my truck is running rich in idle and during start up I don't know if it is running rich during high idle or during driving.

I am sure it is running rich all the time, you have a fuel issue, when the last time you replaced or fuel filter? do that and check the fuel pressure at the same time and let me know, low fuel pressure will cause the engine to run rich, which could also be a plugged fuel filter, change the filter first and see our runs, if it continues check the fuel pressure should be about 65 psi
