1994 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1994 chevy 1500 four wheel drive. I have no injector pulse and the fuel pump is not turning on. If i direct wire the pump at the relay the pump turn on but the injectors still do not work. The pcm is good and the ecm is good as well. The relay is new along with the ignition switch, battery connections, grounds that are on the goose neck, pick up coil and everything i can think of has been checked. I have about 9 hours of diagnosis time into this thing and still nothing. any ideas?????

Might want to try new ignition moudle in dist. If no 5v referance gets back to ECM it don't know you want the engine to run. ie. no pump no inj pulse.
