I was wondering what might be causing my engine to rev up and down on a cold start only. Once it warms a little it stops and idles smoothly. Everything is new. New gmt crate engine, engine electronics, fuel pump,fuel filter, Tps, iac valve though I have to clean it regularly. Thank you.

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve again and test the MAP sensor to include checking the fuel pressure if its within specs.
