1993 Chevy Truck Problem with lights and wipers

Electrical problem
1993 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My windshield wipers will come on when I put the low beams on, when I put the high beams on the wipers will go off, also with the low beams on the left turnsignal on the dash will be on. I changed out the Turn signal multi switch but it did not help. Do you have any ideas of what could be the problem.
