1992 Chevy Truck Driveline vibration

I replaced tranny in 3500 dump truck few months ago. Shortly after, I noticed a squeeling sound at low speeds(forward/reverse), squeeling has now stopped but vehicle has terrible vibration especially at 40-55mph. Any ideas?
