1992 Chevy Truck Bleeding Brakes

I have a 1992 Chevy truck 3/4 ton pickup. The bleeder valves on the rear brakes have been rounded off. Can the valves be removed or does the entire caliber need replaced?

You can drill out thereis a bleeder repair kit. But for @$40 you can get a caliper
