We have replaced the thermostat, Coolant Temp Sensor, and replaced fan relays. Fans do work when wired directly to the battery. I have also flushed the radiator. I also know that all of the fuses are good. Along with that I know that there are more sensors however; I can not find any information that explains where these are located. Please let me know where these other sensors are located or what else may be the problem.

the PCM has main control over the fans, if all that you replaced is good then check wiring. if wiring is OK suspect faulty PCM

Suggested Repair

Check the wiring between the PCM and the cooling fans. If the wiring is good, suspect a faulty PCM, which controls the fans.

Conversation Summary

The owner of a 1992 vehicle reports overheating after replacing the thermostat, coolant temperature sensor, and fan relays. The fans work when wired directly to the battery, the radiator has been flushed, and the fuses are good. The owner asks where other sensors are located or what else could cause the problem. The expert says the PCM controls the fans and recommends checking the wiring, then suspecting a faulty PCM if the wiring is okay.
