1991 Chevy Truck no electrical power

replaced new battery and egr valve and module, one week later there is no electricity in truck. i checked battery with charger and it reads fully charged. i checked battery cable and appear intact. what could be the problem? thanks

there are fusible links that are connected to the starter or the battery. They are replacable and probably what's wrong , one o fthem are burnt out.
