1991 Chevy Truck engine bogs down while driving

My engine bogs down and shuts off when I make turns or simply driving down the road. I was told it may be the EGR valve. Someon else told me it could be my distributor cap.

None of those 2 items will cause the problem, because if it is, it will act up before you even move the vehicle. My advise is to have the fuel pressure check-when the fuel system checks out. Have the ignition system check.
