1991 Chevy Truck about a block heater

I have a 1991 chevy truck that is getting a new engine. I am thinking about getting a block heater put in the new engine so i can plug it in on very cold night in the winter were i live let me no thanks.

Not a bad idea and also you can buy an oil dipstick heater as you wish
