1991 Chevy caviler tcc selnoid please help

Can any one tell me the easyest way to change the tcc in my 91 cavalier its front wheel drive please help

I had a problem like that, one of the vacuum hoses kept popping off if it would start hard.

I also had a 1994 Blazer s-10 that the egr valve got stuck open because there was to much carbon in it, we removed the top, started it, shut it off, that blew all the carbon out of it. But it would 'surge' when I was trying to stop, it never died on me.
