1991 Chevrolet Blazer Head Tick

i built a 383 stroker. it runs great. the problem is that it has a tick in the passanger head it sounds like a lifter we have adjusted them but the noise dont change. it has a rv cam in it. we checked if it was oiling, if a push rod was bent. and everything else i can think of

might be a sticky valve in the guide

i would check the lifters. it could be insuficent oil to them which is why adjustments aren't working.

i figured out the problem the hypertech pistons were hitting on the spark plug bosses just barely. thanks for all the help
