It's erratic. Misses at idle. Also a little hesitation at first acceleration. Sometimes when its first started, when I put it in gear, it will shut off. No code shows. I'e changed out: spark plugs, O2 sensor, TPS, PCV valve, Idle air control valve, fuel filter, changed out 1/4m inch vacuum hose, EGR valve checked, not sticking. I'm stuck. Thanks

Check the engine compression if okay-check and test the MAP sensor and also the fuel pressure-You sure its not bad fuel?

Disappointed. None of your suggestions helped. I replaced distributor and wires and cleaned coil. The hesitation is gone. You didn't even mention that in your suggestions. Next time I wont donate for a reply, I'll just wait till you get around to answering.

I gave you something to work with I'm not done with you. Do you have a check engine light? Also check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure tester and give me the readings I need to know this and Clean out the EGR/PCV valves and look for vacuum leaks then report back with your results

That's ok. Everything mentioned was cleaned/changed out. The new distributor and plug wires did the trick. Truck runs fine. Thanks
