Engine Performance problem
1989 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic alot miles

My shop said because of my catalytic converters my service engine light is coming on and off. They are creating too little back pressure . i have true dual cherry bomb exhaust and some regular converters can i get some opinions please ??
