1989 Chevy Truck How to set timing

I changed the engine in my truck. When I went to set the timing my uncle told me there is a wire you have to disconnect before you set it. I can not find it. I was wondering if you could tell me what wire it is. I have looked at alot of wires and can't tell which one it could be. Thank You Jon

Your looking for the EST wire conenctor-

Terminal C on the 4-wire connector at the distributor is the EST-its somewhere between the distributor and the computer-In camaro's it up near the pax side of the firewall-I think its a brown wire-
