1989 Chevy Truck cold rough idle

If it is cold engine has a rough idle and sometimes a hesitation. This lasts 10-30 seconds and engine smooths out. Doesn't happen in warm weather. Truck runs normal after that.

Mine was doing that, and I found the IAC motor was worn out.
