Brakes problem
1988 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hello pro's, well I am stumped on this problem, recently the driver's side caliper was dragging, to the point i could put the truck in drive and it wouldn't move, so of course I go out and pick up an brand new caliper and replace it the old with the new, simple, and bled the system half way, I take the truck for a test drive, quess what, nothing changed, the problem still is there, I have driven it about 15milies the most, the new brakes pads are smoking hot, it hangs that bad. What else could possibly be the problem. ? /help

You have a internal rupture in the flex brake line. Pull wheel operate brake when caliper hangs open bleeder it should squirt and rotor turns. If this is true replace line.Pressure is being checked between hose and caliper. Instead of returning to cylinder.
