Engine Mechanical problem
1983 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic unknow miles

Hi, I have a 1983 Chevrolet Scottsdale with a 305 engine with unknown mileage. Recently I took my truck for a drive, and not but 5 minutes down the road, I came to a stop sign and the vehicle shut off, than started smoking which eventually led to it catching on fire under the hood near the right side valve cover. I did have an oil leak on that side which I am guessing is why it caught fire. Can you tell me if this seems like a sign of a blown head?

You have provided insufficient information like, if it is smoking from the tailpipe? or just your leaky valve cover dripping on the exhaust manifold caught the engine on fire and started smoking?
