1981 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual

i have a 1981 chevy fourspeed manual tranny, this does not have a fluid clutch, but i want to put this in my 1986 chevy but this has a fluid clutch, can i just change my bellhousing to make this work?

if i get what you are saying is that your one truck has a hydralic clutch and the other ddoesn't. Unless your bolt pattern is different for the transmission you should n't hav to change anything. Also yor input shaft should be the same diameter and have the same teeth, in otherwords coarse or fine spline.
