1975 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

when turn signal is used, front signals work but both back signals come on ( hazard lights ). Also brake lights will not work.

Check the wiring harness behind the fuel tank on the driver's side. It sounds like there is a short there. Also, is the truck wired for towing?
