1969 Chevy Truck truck wont move

I did an engine swap in my truck. I swapped a 305 with another 305. I used same TH350 trans. as before. Trans was working fine before the swap. Now it seems like it wont go into any gear. What could be wrong?

Was torque converter checked if seated into oil pump? was converter easily turned when bolted to flex plate?
