Truck set up for 4 months. Installed new battery. Nothing happens when I turn key to crank. No horn, no lights & no wipers when I turn them on either.
Have new battery, new cables. What should I check first?

If the vehicle sat that long, maybe some gremlins got at the wiring. Any voltage at the fuse block? May need to track voltage circuit from battery to fuse block? If that checks ok, check ground circuits. I don't have access to wiring info for your vehicle, year.
