Must hold key in place after started, right before engages starter, after starts hold key until i go 100 yards down road then can usualy let go of key or going down road later truck dies hold key right before engages starter, will usualy start again sometimes have to hold key again riight before engages starter and will run again getting more and more often.Have already replaced starter.coil, vacum advace, wiring harness to starter.plugs&wires,points,roter.condencer,cap.Do you think it could be ignition switch, already also replaced key assembly
