Chevy Trailblazer EXT

I have a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer EXT with approximately 18,000 miles on it. I just had it inspected and after that the front driver side module control doesn't work. It doesn't work with the power windows or the locks. When I use remote key lock it will lock or unlock all of the doors except the front driver side. Any idea if this is a fuse problem or what? Thanks!
