Does anyone know how to bypass the heater core so I don't have to replace at this time? I'm told it's OK to use the AC as heat source it this true?

where the two coolant lines go into the firewall, disconnect them and run from one to the other, don't know how much heat you are going to get from the a/c, what heats the car is the coolant going through the heater core
