2006 Chevy Trailblazer NOISE THAT INCREASE AS I ACCELERATE

FOR THE PAST MONTH, MY WIFE'S TRAILBLAZER HAS BEEN MAKING A MID RANGE NOISE AND IT GETS HIGHER AND LOUDER AS SPEED IS INCREASED. IT MAKES THE NOISE IN IDLE POSTION AS WELL.

IT STARTED OUT LOW FOR A WEEK OR SO AND HAS GOTTEN WORSE.

WE HAVE REPLACED THE POWER STEEEING PUMP. WE HAVE REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR.

THE OIL HAS BEEN CHANGED ON A REG. BASIS AND THE TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS REPLACED AS WELL.

NO SLIPPAGE OR POWER STEERING PROBLEMS, TEMP. IS FINE AND ELECTRICAL IS FINE. NO LEAKS ON VEHICLE.

YOU CAN HEAR THE CAR COMING DOWN THE STREET. THE NOISE IS MORE CENTER OF THE MOTOR AREA WHEN HOOD RAISED.

replace the idler pulley below the ALTERNATOR.very common on these.
