2005 Chevy Trailblazer noise

I have this constant squeally noise, right when you start the truck up. It keeps going until you shut the truck off. I thought it might be the power steering, but the sound doesn't go away and the steering doesn't seem loose, any thoughts. Thank you.

remove the belt and check the idler pulley for a bad bearing.
