2005 Chevy Trailblazer headlights

when driving in the dark the headlights flicker when decelerating you will also see an additional load on the volt meter on the dash during the flickering. Where is the sensor that automaticly turns on the headlights?

welcome to the forum, right now, I suspect the charging system is causing the issue. Alternator rpms effect alternator output to a certain point.

I believe there is light sensor, center top of dash.
