2004 Chevy Trailblazer warm AC and temp going up

I have an 04 Chevy trailblazer. When I come to a complete stop my ac gets warm and the Temperature goes up but when I back on the road everything is back to normal

Sounds like poor air flow across cond. & Rad. Is the fan operating?

Well open the hood AC on fans should be on and drawing air into compartment at a good rate. If not have temp switch and relay checked as well as fan motor.
