2004 Chevy Trailblazer seat belt

My son pulled the front passenger seat belt all the way out and now it will not go back. Is there anyway to fix this?

HI there,

you may be able to gently giggle the belt and it may unlock, otherwise it will be a new belt as i would never use a second hand belt as you don't know if it has been over stressed in a previous accident.
