A/C AND HEATER ARE NOT WORKING. BLOWER MOTOR WILL NOT COME ON. FUSES AND RESISTER HAS BEEN CHANGED. WHERE IS THE BLOWER RELAY LOCATED

Try directing battery power straight to the blower motor

How the blower motor powers up is from the fuse no. 35 40amp thru the blower motor control module then to the HVAC control module
