Driver side a/C vents are putting out warm air

You have two different problems here. For the blower speed replace the blower resister and connector, that will fix the blower speed problem. the other problem is a mode door actuator problem, on these vehicles they have a left and right side actuators. I would start by checking the left side.

Here are the directions specific to your vehicle for replacing the right blend air door actuator:

AIR TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT - RIGHT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
Remove the I/P carrier.


Remove the air temperature actuator-right retaining screws.
Disconnect the air temperature actuator-right electrical connector.
Remove the air temperature actuator-right.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



Install the air temperature actuator-right.
Tighten the air temperature actuator-right retaining screws.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
See: Service PrecautionsVehicle Damage Warnings
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb ft) .

Install the air temperature actuator-right electrical connector.
Install the I/P carrier.
Recalibrate the air temperature actuator on vehicles equipped with automatic climate control

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in) .

Connect the right side air temperature actuator electrical connector.
Install the I/P carrier.

As for the blower motor resister, here are the directions for removal and replacement specific to your vehicle. Picture 4 shows the resister location.

BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
Remove the right closeout/insulator panel.

Disconnect the blower motor resistor electrical connector (3).
Remove the blower motor resistor mounting screws (2).
Remove the blower motor resistor (1).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Install the blower motor resistor (1).
Install the blower motor resistor mounting screws (2).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to .....1.9 N.m (17 lb in) .

Connect the blower motor resistor electrical connector (3).
Install the right closeout/insulator panel.

All aforementioned components are located under the dash of the vehicle on the passenger side. It will require removal of dust cover which is above where your feet set. Additionally, removal of the glove box will help. Finally, I recommend disconnecting the battery and waiting for at least fifteen minutes prior to starting. There is an air bag on the passenger side and I do not want anything to happen.
